MICHAEL VAUGHN
MANAGEMENT
Michael Vaughn
Over 30 years experience in the Technical Field from Technical Analyst to Director of Technologies. Positions have included responsibilities in the private sector, government and public sector. From desktop support to Directing and supporting all video, network, transfer and communication resources. Largest project was the complete facility move for a in house production company from Burbank to Albuquerque, including a complete $2M infrastructure upgrade.
For the last nearly 10 years, as the Acting Director/Program Manager for a higher education institution, responsibilities have a broad scope from HR, Communications, Web, Budgeting, supervising employees and staff, teaching, writing, research and multiple areas of production. As an extension location of the main campus, all functions of the university came through myself and my staff. Development of programs and degree opportunities were designed through a combined effort of my role and the Provost, Dean, and Department Heads of the programs on main campus. During this time, once again, a complete campus move and buildout of facilities occurred 5 years ago.
